Action Items for FY07/08

• Inventory FY07/08 weeding projects in all collections across the libraries. 
• Develop guidelines all collections can use to determine materials appropriate for off-campus storage. 
• Work with Facilities to determine Annex projects and space available for temporary staging and storage. 
• Determine how many volumes could be sent to SRLF, develop priorities for the current FY07/08 submissions. If these submissions exceed the current UCSD quota of 16,000 volumes equivalents, draft a proposal for an SRLF allocation increase. 
• Anticipate how many volume equivalents could be sent to SRLF in FY07/08 and recommend a proposal for an SRLF allocation increase, if necessary.
