Goal:

Weed 7,300 volumes from the SSH 4th floor to the Annex

Method:

DBM will generate a list of books cataloged before 2002 and not checked out for the last 5 years,  excluding the following categories of books:  multi-volume sets, analyzed sets, reference books and library use only books.  These books will be pulled and moved to the annex, where the bibliographers will selectively return items to the East Asia stacks.  The remaining items will remain housed at the annex.

Processing:

Facilities will pull books and move them to the annex.  DBM will change locations using global update on the review file.
